The Arcadia project (trAnsformative climate ResilienCe by nAture-baseD solutions in the contInentAl bio-geographical region) aims at delivering on the Mission Adaptation’s objective to support 150 regions and communities in their quest to become more resilient to climate change risks.
We employ a regional transformative pathway approach with a commitment to equity, social and gender justice resilience of governance systems, inclusiveness, deliberation, shared values, solidarity, and respect for diversity.

We will mobilise and empower communities & regions for transformative change and assist them in devising transformational solutions & outcomes.

Arcadia has designed ambitious action workflows in 5 model and 3 fellow regions from across the EU continental bio-geographic regions.
