MGM Innova Group is a multinational corporation that integrates technical, financial and environmental solutions that contribute to climate change adaptation and mitigation, and sustainable development. With experience in 400+ projects worldwide, and offices in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, USA, Central America and the Caribbean, the Group offers clients the advantages of local service and international know-how and delivery standards.

The Group is composed of 3 independent and complementary entities:
* MGM INNOVA CONSULTING designs, develops and implements innovative solutions that enable clients to incorporate sustainable and climate change practices in their operations.
* MGM INNOVA ENERGY SERVICES identifies, develops, implements and operates energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, and provides other energy services.
*MGM INNOVA CAPITAL(1) is a private equity and green infrastructure investment group focusing on impact investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. It supports the creation of jobs for SMEs, lower energy consumption and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.

The MGM Innova Capital team manages two impact funds focused on energy efficiency (65%) and small-scale renewable energy (35%), and invested in, among others, by major multilateral (e.g., EIB, IDB/MIF, GEEREF) and national (e.g., DEG, JICA, AECID, FMO, BIO, Bancoldex) development banks:
1. MGM SUSTAINABLE ENERGY FUND (MSEF) has successfully invested USD 70M in 28 projects in 6 LAC countries.
2. MGM SUSTAINABLE ENERGY FUND II (MSEF II), a follow-on fund to MSEF and currently in fundraising stage, has a target size of USD 200M and will carry out impact investments in Latin America, the Caribbean and selected countries in South East Asia.
