The Fair Tax Foundation is a trusted third-party certifier of responsible corporate tax conduct.
We have awarded the Fair Tax Mark, the gold standard label of responsible corporate tax conduct, to businesses in the UK, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden.
More than 270 distinct trading businesses now proudly bear the Fair Tax Mark, collectively employing over 400,000 individuals and contributing €6.1bn / £5.3bn in corporate income tax annually. These include listed PLCs, co-operatives, social enterprises, large private businesses and more.
Together with CSR Europe, we also run the Tax Responsibility and Transparency Index, a benchmarking tool for multinational businesses allowing them to assess their tax conduct against a comprehensive set of standards.
