Plum Alley Ventures Company is a venture platform raising funds and syndicates to invest in frontier technology and medical breakthrough companies, with a focus on Series A and gender-diverse, STEM-focused founding teams.
The firm provides opportunities to invest in directs through it’s Member Syndicates and in Funds that are co-managed by sector expert allocators. Plum Alley Ventures also provides emerging GP fund administration services.
Our influential members pay annual fees for membership to access Plum Alley’s curated syndicate investments and exclusive learning experiences around innovation and investing. We are based in New York City, but support members and syndicate company investments across the country and globe.
Through our member syndicates, we are deeply committed to providing more access, money and opportunities for visionary women founders and gender diverse teams. We invest largely at the Series A level (not angel) alongside VCs and institutional investors.
As of September 2025, Plum Alley Ventures has deployed more than $100 million in 32 companies with at least one woman in a STEM role in the founding team.
