ClimateWise Associations is an Australian program that supports all associations and their members become climate-wise.
The ClimateWise Associations program gives Australian associations free access to guidance, useful templates and tools to facilitate action on climate change and cut greenhouse gas emissions.
With this program, Australia’s 4,000 associations in professions, industry and communities, have the opportunity to manage their climate risks and contribute to Australia’s targets to reach net zero. Associations can access materials that aide them adjust their member programs, advice, training, strategic plans and reports.
Associations can implement climate-wise strategies for existing members and attract new members. Individuals can also use the online materials in helping their associations start addressing this serious issue.
ClimateWise Associations is a not-for-profit venture, launching a website equipped with this material in May 2022. Queries and contributions are welcome to assist the program grow and support the vital work of associations across Australia on this urgent issue.
