Climate Lab in Vienna is the place for innovative, bold alliances to achieve climate neutrality goals and the transition to a circular economy as quickly as possible.
At Climate Lab, we offer space and programs for cross-sectoral collaborations to develop effective solutions for climate-neutrality and a circular economy. With a special focus on the fields with the biggest potential to reduce global greenhouse gas emissions and accelerate the transition to a circular economy—energy, mobility, and construction—we are bringing together the leading corporations, startups, scientists, NGOs, and public sector institutions that can make it happen.
In the fall of 2022, Climate Lab opened a community-based work and event space in the iconic Hundertwasser Tower in Vienna’s Spittelau. Drawing on the expertise of a diverse membership and various collaboration opportunities, Climate Lab is a center of innovation for climate neutrality and circular economy in Vienna, Austria and beyond.
Climate Lab is powered by a growing alliance of partners including the Ministry for Climate Protection (BMK), the Austrian Climate and Energy Fund, Wien Energie, Wiener Linien, the Vienna Business Agency, Impact Hub und EIT Climate-KIC.
