Designed to unlock long-term social, economic, and environmental value—known as social value—across the county. Whether through ethical procurement, responsible employment practices, or the way we distribute funding, our 15 Board members’ shared goal is to ensure that every pound spent in County Durham delivers the greatest possible benefit to local people and places.
