Founded in 2012, SRM Consulting specializes in social aspects of investment projects. SRM provides range of services including preparation of social impact assessments (SIA), resettlement actions plans (RAP), stakeholder mapping and stakeholder engagement plans (SEP), livelihood restoration plans (LRP), social due diligence, gender equality due diligence, social audits, social management and monitoring plans across sectors. SRM has vast experience in linear projects (pipelines, motorways, metro), energy sector (HEPPs, WPP), infrastructure (Irrigation, water supply sanitation, solid waste) and mining. SRM strictly adheres to international sustainability standards, and devises mitigation measures to bridge the gaps between national legal standards and international standards. SRM delivers according to project’s international standards; the standards we follow include EBRD Sustainability Framework, IFC Sustainability Framework, World Bank Environmental and Social Sustainability (2018), Equator Principles, EIB Social and Environmental Standards, AIIB Social and Environmental Framework, Gold Standard, and Sustainability Linked Loan Principles.
