CoCo Sapiens is a non-profit organization building a community of Conscious Consumers who want to transform our food system through their day-to-day food choices. Our main tool is our quality seal – we select producers and their products based on the highest sustainability and health standards. We evaluate the impact of food production on the environment and health in an empirical and demonstrable way for the final consumer. We want to be a tool for the practice of conscious consumption through our seal, the creation of training content, and the geolocation of consumption centers.
