Green Fuels is the world’s leading manufacturer of distributed scale biodiesel equipment. Our advanced technology enables the production of sustainable biofuel from waste vegetable oils and animal fats – a key component of the circular economy. With 14 years’ experience and operating in 80 countries, our customers have an annual production capacity of 420 million litres, with over 5 million tonnes of carbon offset since the company’s foundation in 2003. Green Fuels Research is an innovation company in renewable fuels and bioenergy. Projects include an EU-funded multinational project to produce sustainable aviation fuel, in partnership with British Airways, and a number of Innovate UK-supported projects such as developing innovative fuel processes from sugar cane residues in India, enhancing the value chain for aquaculture in Mexico and other countries, and converting other specified agricultural wastes and novel non-food crops into fuels and energy. Green Fuels Research has links and collaborations with numerous universities and research institutions across the UK and internationally, and employs PhD-level staff from several countries.
