Southridge Group is a carbon project developer focused on nature-based solutions in South-East Asia, established with a sole focus on high integrity carbon projects that deliver real and quantifiable mitigation of climate change and maximize the generation of co-benefits for local communities and indigenous people, biodiversity and natural resource governance.
We are committed to raising the bar on the quality of carbon projects through the application of international best practice, technology, and the knowledge and wisdom of local communities and indigenous peoples. With over forty years combined experience in carbon project development and implementation and climate policy, our team have been through the ups and downs of the carbon market, led dozens of projects, and – importantly – had the opportunity to learn.
Southridge was formed to bring forward this collective experience to bear at a point of urgent need for climate action on one hand, and confusion, mixed messages and misunderstandings among consumers, investors and participants in the carbon markets on the other.
