Whether it is through Wetland Mitigation Bank Credits or Permittee Responsible Mitigation (PRM), we help you navigate the assessment, mitigation and permitting process in Galveston and Houston Texas.
Through the restoration of 30,000 linear feet of stream and the perpetual protection of nearly 2,000 acres of wetlands, including the re-establishment and creation of nearly 1,000 acres of wetlands, TEP has generated non-forested, forested and tidal wetland credits, as well as stream credits to serve the greater Houston area. Where mitigation bank credits are not available, TEP has also successfully supported our clients with offsite PRM plans.
