We are a B2B climate tech SaaS platform addressing employee churn using gamification techniques, such as rewards, challenges, and competitions, to promote and incentivise company-wide engagement with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. We then use insights gained through employee engagement to create data analytics that is used in automated ESG reporting to satisfy regulatory requirements.
Our gamified ESG engagement platform reduces employee churn by providing ecoPoints, ecoChallenges, and customised competitions to employees who complete ecoActions to support ESG initiatives. For example, an employer could use our gamified ESG engagement platform to offer customised rewards, such as extra vacation time or recognition, to employees who reduce their carbon footprint, participate in sustainability campaigns, or volunteer for environmental causes.
