C-Capsule is a new instrument to certify durable Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR). Our evidence-based and ex-post certificates help consumers neutralise their emissions and accelerate access to finance to project developers in the global deployment of CDR.
Our certificates are issued and redeemed on the Evident Registry, the world’s most widely used registry of environmental assets, serving customers in over 140 countries. Their open API framework allows for platforms, marketplaces and exchanges to facilitate the trade of certificates.
Our clear governance and open partnership framework aims to build a more inclusive, credible and transparent carbon market. C-Capsule is accredited against the International Attribute Tracking Standard by the I-REC Standard Foundation.
We welcome collaboration with all carbon market actors, including technology developers, market intermediaries, methodology writers, NGOs, insurers, risk rating agencies and governments.
