Run by Accenture, the FinTech Innovation Lab Asia-Pacific is an annual accelerator program. The Lab brings together leading financial services institutions, angel investors, and venture capital firms to provide startups with the opportunity to work with future customers, perfect propositions, gain insights into the banking industry and build strong relationships.
An annual, global program run in New York, London, and Hong Kong, the Lab is for growth-stage companies that have developed cutting-edge technology products targeted at financial services customers.
In a competitive process, up to 10 companies are selected from hundreds of applicants to enter the APAC Lab, where they will be involved in the following:
– Refining and beta testing their technology with leading financial services institutions.
– Participation in a Mentorship Program on relevant industry topics via Speed Dating, One-on-one coaching, and in-house sessions with senior Financial Institution executives
– Mentorship from the Lab’s entrepreneurs network, including sessions with Legal, Government, Marketing and Communications, VCs, and Senior Accenture Management
– The opportunity to present products to active business angels, venture capitalists, and investors
