LAND – Life and Nature Development Fund is a sustainable investment vehicle targeting €250 million to generate competitive returns for investors through responsible forestry management, carbon sequestration, and ecosystem regeneration in the Iberian Peninsula.
An initiative that combines environmental regeneration responsibility with financial returns, a quite unique approach within an investment rated geography.
LAND is a Venture Capital Fund, classified as Article 9 fund under the SFDR, focusing on:
Professional Sustainable Forestry Management – FSC certified enhancing biodiversity and productivity
Carbon Capture – Generating high-quality carbon credits (Verra and/or other top ranked VCM Certifications)
Solid Returns for Investors
Supported by major Iberian entities, it is being developed by a multidisciplinary team with deep expertise in forestry, ecosystem services, carbon markets and nature capital fund management.
