Our mission is to help the tech ecosystem in Latam recognize the importance of sustainability and ESG, and provide resources to advance understanding and integration of this topic in the management of startups, incubator and accelerator programs, and investment practices. We believe that the adoption of sustainability and ESG principles in business models and scaling strategies will soon become the new normal. Integrating sustainability into strategic discussions in this ecosystem contributes to profitable and attractive value propositions that are also ethical and responsible. Sustainability means better business, which is why we created and promote the #BetterTechLATAM movement to showcase the leadership of those committed to developing companies that generate truly valuable transformations for the region.

susTECHnability seeks to build a collaborative community to 1) promote awareness, learning, and knowledge exchange in sustainability, 2) guide and advise startups, incubators, accelerators, VCs, and other ecosystem actors to integrate sustainability and ESG criteria into their work, and 3) share and showcase research, resources, and practical experiences.
