Renaissance Bridge Capital LLC is a Meydan, Dubai-registered advisory firm focused on private capital advisory and introduction – working on buy- and sell-side mandates across alternative assets. We work across a suite of traditional PE, VC-focused primary, secondary, as well as co-investment mandates domiciled globally. We also work through debt capital and distressed situational opportunities, and select top decile fund of funds [FoF] mandates. Selectively, we also review M&A mandates [majority acquisitions or buyouts typically].
Expertise in the provision of liquidity solutions for GP-led structures and LP interests, helping clients navigate secondary exits. In addition, we continually provide asset allocators including PE funds, VCs, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices and high-net worth individuals with niche access to sought after opportunities, whether that be through direct cap raises or secondaries [fund secondaries, buyout structures or direct transactions].
We tend to be agnostic in our approach and actively assess sectors including fintech, data science (AI/ML), consumer/healthcare, B2B SaaS, ESG and sustainability, and biotechnology to name a few.
We currently cater to ~1000 (and growing) investors across ~15 locations globally.
