Orizzonte Clinical Research is a UK Site Management Organisation (SMO) dedicated to bringing clinical trials closer to communities.
We partner with GP practices to deliver decentralised, patient-friendly trials. Through our Patient Identification Centres (PICs) and Visit Centres (VCs), we make participation easier by identifying eligible patients from GP records and hosting trial visits within trusted local practices. This improves recruitment, retention, and patient experience across all therapeutic areas.
