Red Apple Consultancy existed to help SME & Mid-Market businesses to increase their top-line revenue – through sales sprint initiatives + lead generation into new markets. Unlike internal sales teams focused on closing traditional opportunities – Red Apple Consultancy provided new insights around your products; to help businesses to identify new deals and market opportunities!
We worked pre-dominantly with ‘Product’ based businesses (e.g. Food & Beverage, Gift & Homewares, Automotive, Apparel, Electronics & Hi-Fi, Sports & Rec, Health & Beauty, Medical Devices) that were looking to grow their ‘B2B’ channels (i.e. importers, wholesalers, manufacturers and distributors) via revenue growth and/or looking to exit via IPO/M&A in the next 12-18 months).
Key highlights included:
– Helping a scale-up ‘Audio Tech’ company grow from 50 to 700+ stores (in 18 months) & list on ASX
– Helping a social enterprise client to grow their ‘B2B’ sales channel by 500% (in 12 months!)
– Helping a mid-market apparel client to increase their sales by $6M+ in 6 months (during COVID)
– Running a 10 week sales accelerator in QLD for 10 wholesalers (with 10-15+ mentors involved)
All of the research and development (R&D) undertaken by Red Apple Consultancy (around Sales & Go to Market theory) will be consolidated into a digital program – which may be released in the future (closer to 2030) – however the focus right now is on working exclusively with GWI.
